Regional Training Institute, Bangalore (DTRTI) is a unit of National
Academy of Direct Taxes, (NADT), Nagpur.
DTRTI, Bangalore has been catering to the training needs of
the Offcers/Officials working in South India. With the inception of RTI,
Chennai the jursidiction now
relates only to
Karnataka & Goa and Andhra Pradesh.

DTRTI,
Bangalore was established in the year 1973. The Institute has been
conducting the following types of courses. : |

 Orientation Courses for Income-tax Officers
and Inspectors on promotion to the respective cadres.
|
|
Refresher Courses for Officers and Inspectors.
|
|
Courses on specific topics relevant to the functioning of the Department.
|
|
Induction Training Course for direct recruit Inspectors.
|
|
Courses on Information technology to all the employees of the department.
|
|
Management Courses for the officers in the middle level management.
|
|
Courses for Departmental Representatives.
|
|
Courses for the retiring officers to apprise them of the retirement benefits and investment avenues available.
|
|
Training non-departmental officials on the salient features of the Income- tax Act and Rules.
|
|
Tax payers education on topics like TDS and personal taxation.
