IRS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

The Induction training basically comprises of two modules. In the first module, the officer trainees are given extensive inputs on theoretical aspects of income tax, General law, Book keeping, Office management & tax & assessment procedures. The training on computers is an essential component of the entire training. The probationers are also given adequate inputs on official language. As a part of personality development, number of activities such as team building, Public Speaking, group discussions are held. The officer trainees are also provided facilities for sports & games. Morning Yoga & Physical training are in built component of the Induction training. On the Job Training at various field locations is also part of the training
