The learning center of the Academy, it is always buzzing with activities. One need not be surprised if he or she comes across intellectual discussions ranging from income tax to topics of varied interest. It provides the ideal platform for healthy discussions and exchange of information between the trainers and trainees. 

The building has 6 air-conditioned lecture halls, the seating pattern of which is flexible and can be redesigned to suit the specific training needs. Each of the halls is fully equipped with computers, remotely-operated overhead projectors and other accessories. The halls are suited to handle an array of training methodology including lectures, tutorials, workshops, case studies, seminars, syndicate discussions, self-study sessions and programmed learning. 

The building houses a mini library and computer lounge which are equipped with books and tax laws related databases viz. Tax-expert, Jurix, Taxhelp and ITR online.
