Event Description:

The two days Online Training Programme on Effective Representation before ITAT was conducted from 16th & 17th December, 2021 for officer of the rank of ACsIT to CsIT from various Pr. CCIT (CCA) charges across the country. Total 51 officers participated in the programme.
The objective of this virtual class was to provide participants to share inputs with an aim to enhance and sharpen the competence and existing skill sets of the participant, and to provide insights on tools, techniques & procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of officers while discharging the role of Drs before ITAT and other judicial forums. To discuss & deliberate on areas like advocacy skills, Court Craft, Case studies and their import, working of the ITAT and Courts and other ancillary aspects.
