NADT has an exclusive building for library. It is located adjoining the faculty building was constructed in 1986 and furnished in 1988. Shri Ajit Panja, the then Minister of State for Finance, inaugurated the library building on 5th June, 1988. With four reading rooms and a computer lab, the library is a storehouse of knowledge. It has around fifty thousand books and subscribes to over 120 journals and magazines as well as to documents from international fiscal bodies like IBFD. Efforts are being made to make it a digital library. Further the library is getting upgraded to level 4 and after that status the capacity of no. of books will increase to 2 lakh books. It is also proposed to shift the library to the new ATC building after the construction of ATC is complete.
