Mission and Vision

National Academy of Direct Taxes NADT , Regional Campus RC , Delhi was established in 2014.  The Institute was created to meet the training needs of officers and officials working in the region of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Delhi. The Institute is engaged in the task of imparting quality training to various grades of officers and officials of the Income Tax Department, right from the level of Income Tax Inspector to Commissioner of Income Tax. The objective of the Institute is to continuously upgrade skills and build a professional and motivated workforce and thereby help the Income Tax Department achieve its Vision and Mission relating to Human Resource Development. The Institute provides:-

1. Induction Training to newly recruited ITIs

2. Orientation Training to ITOs & Administrative Officers

3. In Service Training to Regional ITOs to CsIT

4. In-Service Training to Administrative Officers; Sr. PS / PS

5. All India Courses as assigned by Directorate of Training DoT , Delhi

Further, Ministerial Staff Training Units MSTU , Delhi also functions from the same premises and imparts the following trainings:

1. Induction Training to newly recruited MTS/TA/Steno and Office Superintendent

2. Orientation Courses for NS/newly promoted TA & Office Superintendent

3. In Service training to all non-gazetted MSTU staff except ITI

4. Mandatory trainings to all cadres of MSTU staff except ITI as per Recruitment Rules, 2020
